In the 1950's there were housing projects known as "SPLIT-LEVEL" homes. My sister, Clare and my brother Jim bought one of these homes. This sketch is a memory of those homes (in 2-point perspective) and an example for my book. This example will require no less than 5 sketched figures and 10 or more detailed steps, not including the landscaping.
