Book sketches - 2-point linear perspective

In the 1950's there were housing projects known as "SPLIT-LEVEL" homes. My sister, Clare and my brother Jim bought one of these homes. This sketch is a memory of those homes (in 2-point perspective) and an example for my book. This example will require no less than 5 sketched figures and 10 or more detailed steps, not including the landscaping.

Every year, Connestee Falls Art League decorates a Christmas tree, with the proceeds going to children's care groups. This year, we are painting decorations on Slivers of trees (well maybe 1/2" slivers). Here are my 10 paintings for the tree.
